Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Operou ("Operou", "the Service"). Operou is a software product developed and operated by Advanguard Media SRL, a company registered in Romania ("Advanguard", "we", "us").

By accessing or using Operou, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Operou is a social media operations platform that enables authorized administrators to prepare, schedule, publish, and manage organic content for social media Pages they administer, including LinkedIn Pages. Operou integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs and only performs actions that the connecting user is authorized to perform on those platforms.

You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the organization whose Pages you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

When you connect a third-party service (such as LinkedIn), you authorize Operou to act on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant. You represent and warrant that:

• you hold the necessary administrator role on the Pages/organizations you connect and manage through Operou; and
• your use of Operou complies with the terms, policies, and API terms of each connected platform (including the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and the LinkedIn Professional Community Policies).

You may disconnect a service at any time, which revokes Operou's access on your behalf.

You agree not to use Operou to:

• scrape or harvest data in violation of any platform's terms;
• collect or resell third-party member data;
• send unsolicited messages or spam;
• automate personal (non-Page) accounts without authorization;
• publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content; or
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or connected platforms.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule, and publish through Operou.

Operou, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Advanguard Media SRL. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and publish that content on your instruction.

Operou depends on third-party platforms and their APIs. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, suspensions, or outages of those platforms, or for actions those platforms take with respect to your accounts or Pages. Your relationship with each platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to provide reasonable continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanguard Media SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advanguard Media SRL against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any connected platform's terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
